Play responsibly at Bet Zino Casino

Gambling as entertainment

Set a budget you can afford to lose and stick to it. BetZino is open only to players aged 18 or older.

When to be careful

Chasing losses, borrowing to play or hiding gambling from others are warning signs. So is feeling anxious when you are not playing.

Help lines

Independent services offer free advice: the National Gambling Helpline (GamCare) on 0808 8020 133, GAMSTOP or BeGambleAware. You do not need to be a customer to call them.

Tools in your account

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders. Lower limits apply at once; higher ones only after a cooling period.

Keeping children safe

We verify age before any payout and close accounts opened by minors. Use device filters to keep gambling sites away from children.

Stepping away

A cool-off period pauses your account from 24 hours up to several weeks. Self-exclusion closes it for six months or longer.
